At Neighborhood National, we want you to love your gear. If you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to help! Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Returns for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. We will assess the issue and, if deemed an error on our part, provide a replacement at no additional cost. Claims made after 30 days may not be accepted.

Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Size Exchanges & Buyer’s Remorse

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check our sizing charts before placing your order to ensure a proper fit.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or an unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase to avoid delays or additional charges.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for certain products, such as face masks, due to health and hygiene concerns. Additionally, items that have been unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for return.

How to Submit a Return Claim

If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us at headpro@neighborhoodnationalgc.com with your order details and a description of the problem. For misprinted, damaged, or defective items, photos of the issue are required for review.

Return Address

Please do not return items directly to us without first contacting us. Once we confirm the return, further instructions will be provided. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
